The completion of a new residential development brings a significant amount of activity. Within a short period of time, dozens or even hundreds of residents receive the keys to their new homes. Removal vans arrive throughout the day, lifts are used intensively and clear planning is essential to keep everything running smoothly.
For One Milky Way, The James Company was asked to support and coordinate this important move-in phase.
Through the deployment of our +Inhuismeesters, we supported residents from the moment they received their keys.
Using an online moving planner, move-in appointments and logistics were organised and coordinated in advance. At the same time, our +Inhuismeesters were present on-site to welcome residents, answer practical questions and oversee daily moving operations.
By combining digital planning with a physical presence in the building, we helped create structure and clarity during a period when a great deal is happening at once.
This project was delivered in close cooperation with MVGM Wonen and all other parties involved. Through thorough preparation and clear communication, residents of One Milky Way were able to settle into their new homes with confidence and ease.
We are proud to have contributed to this important stage of the project and look back on a successful start to the move-in period.
